5.Pull out first and second stages of the main unit cassette

6.Tighten the step screw onto the base.
7.Mount cassette heater in steps 1 through 4 and tighten it with M3x8S tight (x1).
8.Run the harness to the rear frame and insert the snap band (x1).

9.Remove the back plate (upper). (7 screws)
10.Remove the back plate (lower). (6 screws)

11.Hold down the heater harness onto the wire saddle. (x2)

*If tandem dehumidifier heater kit has been installed, hold down the harness with the tandem dehumidifier

heater harness.

12.Insert connector.

*Two harness connectors are available. Either of the two is connectable.

13.Mount the back plate (lower). (6 screws)
14. Mount the back plate (upper). (7 screws)

15.Turn on (place at “|” (ON) position) the heater switch and check that no shorting exist by measuring

resistances between L terminal of AC power plug and the ground, and between N terminal of AC power
plug and the ground.
*After checking, turn off the heater switch if the heater is not used.

Note: If the electrical component kit has not been installed, install the kit first.
Procedures

1.Affix the heater harness sheet onto the heater mount plate. (Pay attention to orientation)

*Degrease the affixing surface with alcohol before affixing the heater harness sheet.

2.Mount the dehumidifier heater onto the heater mount plate and hold it down with M3x8S tight.
