4. The Customer file specification are enhanced :
a) The transfer of table data to the Customer file is realised.
(Also individual items can be transferred by the BS function).
b) For charge payments each VAT totalizer is stored in the customer file.
c) Print a complete customer’s bill via the F.E. application software.
d) Customers Bills for a range of customer can also be issued.

5. Condiment PLU tables can be assigned to a Price level:
For each Condiment table a price level can be assigned, which is applied to all linked Condiment PLU’s.

6. The width of “scroll bar’s” at UP-X300 can be changed:
By “X300_StartUPMain2.ini” file setting it is now possible to change the width of the scroll bar. (Original width = 20 / Default setting is now

=30)
Caution: Above change is only effective after the terminal is twice rebooted.
The changed width is applied to the registration window; BS screen; all pop up screens and to all BackOffice screens with scroll bars.

The following items 7 to 12 are resolved issues:
7. Previously the “Taxable amount totalizer” was not updated in case a transaction was automatically finalized by removal of a Clerk key.

8. In case the “PLU Auto delete function” was executed at EOD it was previously still possible to register the deleted PLU at the Terminal (Front

End application)
9. Send Print data was previously lost under the condition that the paper near-end check was set as "Yes" and the printer was switched off.
10. Modem connection was at the previous versions only working correctly at the UP-X300 COM port 1. Now it works correctly  at all COM

ports.

11. The initialization of a connected modem was previously not correctly performed. With Online activated at COM 2 or 3 a part of the
initialisation command was still send to COM1.  In case a printer was connected to COM1 this sometimes resulted in a print of strange

character.

12. The ATCOM.INI can now be modified via the BackOffice programming:
/POS Device programming/ Device programming / Online

2. Auto Shutdown and Reboot after EOD
Dependent upon the setting within the configuration file the Terminal can be set to automatically shutdown and reboot after Manual EOD or

Timed EOD is carried out, V1.4.11.1 is set to shutdown after manual EOD (added reliability/performance)   

Dependent upon the setting within the configuration file the HD2 partition will be dismounted at time of manual shutdown, to access HD2 at
this point tap the screen 20 times. (added reliability/performance)

The following items 5 to 16 are resolved problems
5. In case of bad wireless conditions buffered print jobs of x200 have often been issued twice, the message << reprint >> is now printed at
top of receipts.
6. Long time to recover from suspend mode has been reduced.
7. Under certain conditions (2 past voids after expand feature causes windows CE or froze error) resolved.
8. Sort groups now correctly printed.
9. After editing manually the GT3 at B/O the calculation for GT1 is now correct.
10. BS is now working correctly with zero priced condiments linked to PLU with prices
11. Leading PLU and their linked PLU's are now printed at KP even when they assigned to different sort groups

12. Auto table feature is now working correctly, when the Recall feature is carried out  between Auto Table selection
13. Illegal characters no longer appear in the payment print line in cases where under bar (_) character in bold are used for descriptions
14. Deposits for customers are now stored in the customer file and therfore deposit refund can be carried out
15. In case the following two conditions are met the EOD was not correctly performed:- 1. The EOD report included the Clerk (Individual) and

the Clerk report was set to issue all PLU   2. EOD was executed more than two times without performing a "shutdown)
16. The length of a manually entered Backup/Restore filename is now limeted to the entry of 13 characters maximum

At an overlapped Clerk operation it possible again to void the first entered PLU.
It was previously not possible to operate  PLU/SUB and PLU name function in certain locally realised screen ( UK / Retail screen number 11)
The modifier and PLU search function is now working again, even so there is no “Item Key Area” in the screen of UP-X300
At the previous version, item count down function (86item function)  did not work in case the following programming was set as "No":

POS Programming / Function / Waste / Waste stock adjustment

Now the Count down (86item function) function works, regardless of the above setting.

KP printing stopped in case several KP printers were connected to one UPX300  and print data was send for each KP at the same timing.
In previous versions it was possible to change IP address of a terminal without performing MRS example change IP then select memory
Initialise caused error.
The registration screen could go blank if items were registered and the next key pressed was CANCEL. This bug has been corrected.
After EOD error (Open Check exist) if the operator chooses “Force to execute End Of Day” the terminal sales data is not cleared. The Sales

data is now cleared.

Set switch as '1' = After the entry sequence of a condiment PLU, screen returns to the last selected menu.

Set switch as '0' = After the entry sequence of a condiment PLU, screen returns to the default registration screen.
In BO send Message to clerk 1 is defined which includes for example 80 characters and save it. After restore, only the first 26 characters of the
message will be displayed. Now modified.
 In case only time zone 1/2/5 are used (Time zone 3 and 4 are deleted) and the Item report ( PLU all item report) is included (issued) at EOD,

the zero turnover of time zone3 and 4 are still reported. Now modified.
Illegal split number occurs at B.S. with Split Number entry and Remerge operation.
Parameter setting under payment functions Charge/Credit
The parameter for "footer message on bill Yes/No" will not change to No after it has been previously set to Yes.  Now modified.
 At the EOD report programming, the display of quantity settings in filter programming is wrong. Now modified.
 When the Key area property of the item key area is set for "Key Type" page change method, some keys are not displayed on the item key

area when menu key is used. Now modified.
