UP-X300 PLU Program Data
Print Out Converter
The PLU converter has been created to enable the print out of PLU Preset Data from a UP-X300 to be
printed from a PC in a simplified format.
Currently when taking a report of the programmed PLU data from the X300 the print out from the
POS Printer contains all the PLU settings and is therefore a long report.
Our customers have asked for a way to reduce this print out, unfortunately this can not be done from
the POS, but the converter will allow PLU data taken from a “Back Up” to be converted to CSV format
then you can print from PC.
1.  Download file (PLU_CSV Converter X300) from ECR Tech WEB
(location:EPOS\UP-X300\Drivers/Updates) and copy to your PC
2.  Run the SETUP.exe program while connected to the internet
3.  Follow the on screen instructions for set up
4.  You will now have the program installed on your PC
5.  From Programs\Sharp Electronics run the “X300 PLU Converter”
6.  Use the Browse button to select the PLU data you wish to convert
into CSV Format (typically this would  be from a back-up taken on
your USB stick)
7.  Use the Browse button to select an output folder for the converted
file to be placed.
8.  The PLU data from the X300 will now be in CSV format ready for you
to edit and print out
