 Power Switch Cover
Protection against incorrect/accidental Power Off
General: The Power Switch to the UP-X300 should only be switched off after the terminal has
performed a software shutdown, and the screen below is shown.
To prevent the E/User switching off the UP-X300 in error, there is a cover available that can be fitted
over the power switch.
It is highly recommended that all your installations have this cover fitted to avoid
accidental power off by E/Users
In extreme cases turning the Power Switch off without performing the Shutdown Process can result
in data loss.
