We have received questions from our resellers regarding ordering against
individual persons on the same Table.
Q. “Is it possible to split a table entry amongst individual persons at the start
of table transaction.”
A. It is possible to enter the number of persons on the Table and place orders
against each split, for example you could open table 1.1 table 1.2 table 1.3
etc, this will store the individual checks ready for payment.
The operator can then choose to finalise for individual payment or group the
individual checks together by using the BT feature.
This would mean the operator could take orders from individual persons
seated at the table and they would be stored as splits of the main table
number.
The settings you would change to achieve this are: -
POS Programming/Employee/Employee Setting/Attribute
Guest Check Reorder = Multiple Guest Checks may be opened
Individual Persons on Table Account
