X300 Buzzer Support 
 
 
Requirement: 
 
There are occasions where the built in buzzer of the TM-U230 printer is required to be 
heard when an order is printed. 
 
This can now be managed by inserting some special ESC/POS commands into the printer 
definition on the X300. 
 
Procedure
 
On X300: 
1)
  Log into Back Office 
2)
  Select “Printer Definition” which is under “Device Programming” 
3)
  Select TM-U210 (or you could copy and paste TM-U210  then rename it to TM-U230) 
4)
  Select the “Command” Tab 
5)
  Add the following to the end of the Initial:R line 
 
         1B,28,41,05,00,61,64,04,0A,0A 
 
     6) Press file then exit to save changes. 
 
The buzzer will sound four times, each sound will be 1 second long and the pause will be 1
