Along with the RSPF base tray change (informed via T/R CCE-497), the RSPF height 
adjustment method will be changed. 
The new RSPF height adjustment method applies to old and new base tray. The height of 
existing RSPF units can be adjusted with the new RSPF height adjustment method.
