2. Symptom: 

If the blade fastener in the delivery fan installed in the paper discharging unit section comes off, the 
blade may become unable to rotate. 
If the blade becomes unable to rotate, an "L4-31" trouble code may occur. 

 
3. Description: 

We have lessened the chance of the blade fastener coming off by changing it from plastic to 
metal.
