Cause.
Foreign matter is adhered to the transfer charger.
The connector of the high voltage transistor is disconnected.

Details.
Detection of ICU ASIC image data memory (SDRAM) cannot be carried out
for more than 16 MB.
The amount of SDRAM memory is not sufficient for the type of model in
which it is installed.
Cause.
The SDRAM on the ICU ASIC PWB has not been installed.
The SDRAM on the ICU ASIC PWB is not functioning normally.
The SDRAM on the ICU ASIC PWB has not been installed properly.
The ICU ASIC PWB has not been installed on the PCI bus.
The ICU PWB is malfunctioning.
