BOOKLET MAKER INSTALLATION
3. Remove the mounting bracket (2 screws) from the Shift Tray Motor and fit
screw to lower left hole.
4. Fit Stand off bolt.
5. Assemble second stand off bolt with allen screw.
6. Fix second stand off bolt to stepper motor.
6. Fix second stand off bolt to stepper motor.
7. Fit the Stepper PCB to the Lift Stepper motor Assembly with 2 screws.

8. Before refitting the motor locate the exit motor wiring connector.
9. Unplug the connector.

NOTE: Please secure/hold the upper colour wiring [A]. It is very easy to
pull and remove from the motor inside finisher.

12. Locate CN108 on main PCB. Unplug harness at connector [B].

16. Fit stand off screws and washers to the lower left back panel of the FNX5.
17. Fit the vendor PCB.

18. Connect Shift Tray PCB - Vendor PCB cable to Shift Tray PCB. 2 connectors,
5 pin (BP2) to J2 and 4 pin (BP5) to J5 [J].
19. Trace cable and secure as shown [K].
