8. Place the Multi tool outside the hand feeding paper guides as illustrated [F].
7. Remove fan unit on Finisher if installed before installing Booklet Maker.

9. The height adjustment of the Booklet Maker is correct when the lower edge of
the Finisher top cover is level with the cut-out [G] in the Multi tool.

10. To adjust the height of the Booklet Maker, turn
all four adjustment nuts [I].
One revolution equals 2 mm difference in height.
11. Undock the Booklet maker.
12. Remount fan unit.
13. Reinstall the Booklet maker front and rear covers ( x 10).

Top Cover over Cover Feeder dummy
1. If installing a Cover Feeder MX-CFX3, skip step 2-4.
2. Insert the two screws [B] mounted on the rear of the UpperTop Cover through
nut plate [D] and into the grommets [C] at the rear of the Cover Feeder dum-
my. Secure at the front [A] with screws in plastic bag taped to the inside of the
Upper Top Cover ( x 2) and nut plate [D].
3. To adjust height of Top Cover, turn all four screws [A] and [B].
4. When correct height adjustment, distance between lower edge of Top Cover
and Finisher is 3+1mm along the whole area [E].
