BOOKLET MAKER INSTALLATION

Rail Unit
1.  If installing a Rail Unit [A] , install it according to pictures.
 
NOTE: If the Rail unit is installed at a later time the height adjustment of the Booklet maker has 
to be redone.
 
If Trimmer will be installed extend the Rail unit with a rail extension [B] by tightening plugs and 
screws (   x4) [C].
 
If both Trimmer and Square folder will be installed extend Rail unit with two rail extensions [D] by 
tighten plugs and screws (   x8) [E].
2.  Push the Booklet maker onto the rail.

8.  Ensure the Docking screws (   x2) are in their outermost positions [H] 
9.  Dock the Booklet maker with the Finisher.. 
10.  Install End bracket [F] with screws (   x4) [G].

1.  Remove screws [A] (   x6) and remove Bookler maker front cover .
2.  Loosen screws [B] (   x3).
3.  Remove screws [C] (   x2) 
4.  Remove the Booklet maker rear cover by lifting and unhooking it.

1.  The covers of the Booklet maker and the finisher should be aligned.
