3. Attach PWB to relay PWB BKT [D] and fasten with screw (x1) [E].
4. Connect the relay harness with the upper connector of the relay PWB and 
the connector of the Finisher control PWB [F].

6. Route and fasten cable with cable ties (x3) [ I ].
7. Re- attach the Finisher Rear Cover and ensure cable is guided through the cable hole [J]
8. Turn ON the power and enter the SIM26-50 mode [K].
     Set item “J” to “1”: BOOKLET MODE SETTING : (YES)”

3. Make sure that no paper is left in the finisher trays. Remove if any.
4.    Enable the booklet maker mode via: 
Settings -> System Settings -> Device Control  (admin login required). 
 
A message will then appears prompting the user to reboot the main unit
5.    Reboot the main unit.  
A message appears on the main unit’s operation panel indicating that the booklet maker  
has been mechanically disconnected. 
 
   
Message: The Booklet Maker is not connected.
 
Touch the [OK] button to close the message. Note that the remaining jobs in the machine will disappear.
6.    Power on the booklet maker.
Make sure that the finisher trays have gone down to their lowest positions.
7.   Connect the booklet maker mechanically.
You needs to confirm visually that the finisher trays are at their lowest positions,  
because it cannot be detected mechanically.
The finisher trays do not go down unless any paper left is removed.  
A message prompting to remove the paper will come up.
If the booklet maker power is off, a message notifying the status will come up.
The above steps are required because the main unit cannot automatically detect the connection of 
the booklet maker.
The finisher trays should be at their lowest positions.
