REP 3.4.11 BACK JOGGER MOTOR M2 AND SENSOR Q45
Removal
1. Remove Back jogger module (
1. Remove Back jogger module (
REP 3.4.9).
2. Loosen screw [A] and nut [B] ( x1, x1 ).
3. Remove the crank [C] from the motor shaft.
4. Remove connector [D] (
3. Remove the crank [C] from the motor shaft.
4. Remove connector [D] (
x1).
5. Remove screws [E] to the motor ( x3 ).
Replacement
1. Reinstall screws [E] to the motor ( x3 ).
2. Reinstall connector [D] (
1. Reinstall screws [E] to the motor ( x3 ).
2. Reinstall connector [D] (
x1).
3. Reinstall screw [A] and nut [B] ( x1, x1 ).
NOTE: Make sure that the screw [A] is positioned against flat of the motor
shaft. And that the motor shaft is level [F] with the Bracket [C].
4. Reverse the rest of the removal procedure.

REP 3.4.12 STAPLER HEAD, STAPLER ASSY AND CLINCHER
Replacement of staple cartridge
1. Open the booklet maker top cover.
2. Pull out the staple cartridge [A].
3. Renew by pushing a new staple cartridge into the staple head until it snaps in

3. Renew by pushing a new staple cartridge into the staple head until it snaps in
position.

Removal of stapler head and adapter plate
NOTE: Never loosen the screws fastening the stapler head to the adapter plate
(red paint) as the assembly is factory mounted to ensure proper alignment.
1. Open the booklet maker top cover.
2. Disconnect connector to actual stapler head [B] (

x1 ).
3. Cut cable tie [C] to actual stapler head.

Removal of stapler head and adapter plate, continued
4. Remove nuts [D] fastening actual stapler head adapter plate to the bracket [E]
4. Remove nuts [D] fastening actual stapler head adapter plate to the bracket [E]
( x4 ) and lift out the stapler head and adapter plate.
NOTE: Never loosen the screws fastening the stapler head to the adapter plate
(red paint) as the assembly is factory mounted to ensure proper alignment.
Replacement of stapler head
1. Reverse the removal procedure.

Removal of stapler head bracket assembly
1. Remove Infeeder (
1. Remove Infeeder (
REP 3.3.3 ).
2. Disconnect connector to both stapler heads [B], see above (
x2 ).
3. Disconnect connector to both clinchers [F] (
x2 ).
4. Remove screws [G] and remove stapler head bracket assembly ( x4 ).
Replacement of stapler head bracket assembly
1. Reverse the removal procedure.
2. Check adjustment according to (
