REP  3.4.3  INFEED TRANSPORT MODULE
1.  Remove connectors [A] ( 
  x2 ).
2.  Cut three cable ties [B].
3.  Remove E-clip [B] (   x1 ).
4.  Remove pin [D] to remove Infeed transport module.

REP  3.4.4  INFEED TRANSPORT WHEEL
1.  Remove nuts [A] (   x3 ).
2.  Remove E-clip [B] (   x1 ). 
NOTE: Be careful not to drop the plastic bushings on both ends of the Infeed 
wheel shaft after removing the E-clip. 
Removing the Infeed transport module( 
 REP  3.4.1 ) facilitates replace-
ment of the Infeed transport wheel.

REP  3.4.5  INFEED MOTOR M1 & SENSOR Q2
1.  Remove nuts [A] (   x3 ).
2.  Disconnect the conntectors [B] ( 
  x2 ).
3.  Remove the screws [C] and remove the motor. 
NOTE: The pulley [D] is slided on the motor shaft. Be careful not to drop the 
plastic bushing [E] and the washers [F] when removing the motor. 
Removing the Infeed transport module ( 
 REP  3.4.1 ) facilitates replace-
ment of the Infeed motor.

REP  3.4.6  SIDE GUIDES
Removal
1.  Remove screws [A] and remove the side guide [B] (   x2 ). 
NOTE: Be careful not to drop the screws in the machine.
2.  Procedure is the same on the other side guide.
Replacement
1.  Reverse the removal procedure.
 
NOTE: Make sure that you are using the correct screws (M4 x 8mm) when 
reinstalling the side guides. If you are using longer screws, you may damage 
the side guide shaft.
Adjustment
1.  Adjust Side guide parallelism ( 
  REP  3.9.2).
