REP 3.3.6 TOP COVER ASSEMBLY

Removal
1. Remove Front and Rear cover (

REP 3.3.1).
2. If a Cover Feeder is installed - disconnect connectors (plugs) [A] (
x2).
3. Squeeze the barbs on the sides and remove connectors (jacks) [B] from Top
cover (
x2).

4. Note position of the adjustment plates [G] in regard to the screws holding nuts [C].
Remove nuts [C] ( x4 ).
5. Note position of screws [D] and [E] in regard to the cut-outs.
Remove screws [D] and [F] ( x2 ).
6. Move Top cover towards the front side.
7. Note position of screws [F] in regard to the adjustment plates [G].
7. Note position of screws [F] in regard to the adjustment plates [G].
Remove screws [F]( x2 ) and adjustment plates [G] ( x2 ).
8. Lift off the Top cover.
Replacement
1. Reverse the removal procedure.

1. Make sure that the Top cover rests on the rubber supports [H] ( x3 ) when closed.

Loosen screw [D], [E] and screws [F] to adjust.
2. Check that the Top cover lock works without binding.

Removal

2. Note position and remove connectors [A] (
x4 ).
3. Remove screws [B] to remove interlock box ( x4 ).
Replacement
1. Reverse the removal procedure.

1. Reverse the removal procedure.
Adjustment
Correctly adjusted (figure 1), the hooks [C] should stay locked under the rollers [D]
so that the Top cover stays locked without play after the Top cover is closed. The
metal switch actuator [E] on the Top cover should not touch the Interlock switch
[F]. The handle [G] should be flush with the Top cover surface.
