REP 3.4.7 SIDE JOGGER MOTOR M3 & SENSOR Q12
Removal
1. Remove Infeed module (

REP 3.3.3 ).
2. Remove connectors [A] (
x2 ).
3. Loosen allen screw [B] to pulley ( x1 ).
4. Remove screws [C] to motor bracket ( x2 ).
5. Remove Side jogger motor M3 & sensor Q12.
4. Remove screws [C] to motor bracket ( x2 ).
5. Remove Side jogger motor M3 & sensor Q12.
NOTE: The sensor Q12 is located on the motor.
Replacement
1. Push the pulley down, to make sure that it is in the right position.

When installing the motor, make sure that the allen screw is positioned against
the flat [D] of the motor shaft.
3. Reverse the rest of the removal procedure.

Removal Sensor Q13
1. Remove Infeed module (
1. Remove Infeed module (
REP 3.3.3 ).
2. Disconnect connector [A] to sensor Q13 [B] (
x1 ).
NOTE: Make sure that the side guides are in there most inner position and move
the Back jogger module by hand, to make it easier to get to the sensor.
3. Squeeze the barbs on sensor Q13 [B] to remove sensor.
Replacement
1. Reverse the removal procedure.

Removal Side guide transmission
1. Remove Side jogger motor (

2. Loosen nuts [C] ( x2 ).
3. Use a screwdriver [D] to press the springs [E] together, to slack the drive belt

4. Tighten nuts [C] again ( x2 ).

5. Remove screwdriver [D] ( x1).
6. Loosen the screws [F] ( x4 ).
7. Remove E-clip [G] and move shaft [H] to the left ( x1).
8. Unscrew and remove shaft [I] by inserting a screwdriver.
9. Remove the pulley [J] and the timing belt [K].
6. Loosen the screws [F] ( x4 ).
7. Remove E-clip [G] and move shaft [H] to the left ( x1).
8. Unscrew and remove shaft [I] by inserting a screwdriver.
9. Remove the pulley [J] and the timing belt [K].

Replacement
1. Refit the pulley [J] and timing belt [K].
2. Install shaft [I].
3. Move the shaft [H] to the right and install the E-clip [G].
4. Install Side jogger motor (
1. Refit the pulley [J] and timing belt [K].
2. Install shaft [I].
3. Move the shaft [H] to the right and install the E-clip [G].
4. Install Side jogger motor (
REP 3.4.7).
5. Loosen nuts [C] to regain tension and tigthen nuts again.
6. Position both sides guides centered. For example use the cut-outs [L] as refer-

7. Place the timing belt [K] in the clamps [M] and tighten the screws [F].
8. Verify the centering by moving the side guides and check against, for exam-
