(Measurement reference)
1. Free from blurs.
2. Free from abnormal lighting.
3. Free from abnormal operations.
11. Lot indication
1) Composition
The manufacturing lot No. is indicated with 4 digits.
1:
Year
2:
Month
3, 4:
Day
2) Codes
(1) Code for year
The value at the end of the year
Example: 1990
 0, 1991
 1
(2) Code for month
January
September :  Numeral figure corresponding to each month.
October
December :  The head character of each month name
Remark: October
 C, November
 N, December
 D
(3) Code for day
 9:
"0" and the corresponding day number.
10
 31:
Corresponding day number.
Example: 5
 05, 12
 12, 30
 30
(4) Display example
1992, March 12
 2312
1993 November 3
 3N03
3) Indication together with other codes
In principle, the manufacturing lot No. is indicated individually. If it
cannot help indicate it with other codes such as factory code, line
code, lot code, and change code, put a hyphen before these codes.
4) Display
The display should be easily visible in non-erasable method.
12. Note for handling
(1) The LCD elements are made of glass. BE careful not to give them
strong mechanical shock, or they may be broken. Use extreme
care not to break them.
(2) If the LCD element is broken and the liquid is leaked, do not lick it.
If the liquid is attached to your skin or cloth, immediately clean with
soap.
(3) Use the unit under the rated conditions to prevent against dam-
age.
(4) Be careful not to drop water or other liquid on the display surface.
(5) The reflection plate and the polarizing plate are easily scratched.
BE careful not to touch them with a hard thing such as glass,
tweezers. Never hit, push, or rub the surface with hard things.
(6) When installing the unit, be careful not to apply stress to the LCD
module. If an excessive  stress is applied, abnormal display or
uneven color may result.
