2.15. Lighting block 1 removal
1. Remove the Lighting block 2 following to step [2.11. Lighting block 2 removal].
2. Unscrew 2 screw-A and 4 screws-B and remove the Lighting block 1 upward.
2.16. Liquid cooling unit 1 removal
1. Unscrew 3 screws-A and remove the Liquid cooling tank 1.
2. Unscrew 4 screws-B and remove the Heat receiving plate 1.
3. Unscrew 4 screws-C and remove the Liquid cooling pump 1, and then remove the Liquid cooling unit 1.
[Note on mounting]
• Apply the heat dissipation compound evenly to the rear surface of liquid cooling pump and heat
receiving plate.
• Take care not to stick out the compound

2.17. LD unit 1 removal
1. Remove the Lighting block 1 following to the step [2.15. Lighting block 1 removal].
2. Unscrew 3 screws-A and remove the Liquid cooling tank 2.
3. Unscrew 1 Torx screw-B and 3 screws-C, and remove the LD block 1 (LD1-1/2/3).
4. Unscrew 1 Torx screw-D and 3 screws-E, and remove the LD block 1 (LD1-4/5/6).
5. Unscrew each 4 screws-F and remove each LD unit.
Unscrew 1 screw-G and remove the Thermistor on the LD unit (LD1-5).
[Note on mounting]
• Apply the heat dissipation compound evenly to the rear surface of LD unit.
• Take care not to stick out the compound

2.18. Phosphor wheel 1 removal
1. Remove the Lighting block 1 following to step [2.15 Lighting block 1 removal].
2. Unscrew 1 Torx screw-A and 6 screws-B, and remove the Lighting case 1 cover.
3. Unscrew 2 screws-C and remove the Phosphor wheel 1.
[Note] • Pull up the Phosphor wheel carefully not to touch the Lighting case.
• Do not touch the phosphor surface of the Phosphor wheel.

Torque: 70±10 N•cm
[Note on mounting]
• Dress the FPC cable from the Phosphor wheel as the black line
marker on the cable comes to the edge of the Lighting case.
• Tighten the screws in the order of (1) to (7) when fixing the Light-
ing case cover.

2.19. Filter duct & DMD cover removal
1. Unscrew 5 screws-A and remove the Filter duct block.
2. Loosen 4 screws-B and remove the DMD cover block.
3. Unscrew 2 screws-C and remove DMD cover(R) block.
