The ‘Normal load’ was established by adjusting the Satellite volume and Subwoofer amplitude controls, at the
maximum level, with input connected to a pink noise generator adjusted to 1/8th Max undistorted output. The
input signal used for the system input, was filtered pink noise as described in IEC/EN 60065 for audio
equipment.
