B. Paper folding unit connection

Connect the unit to the decurler unit.

C. Height adjustment
MEMO: When the adjuster bolt is turned counterclockwise, the

E. Caster height adjustment
When the height of the paper folding unit is adjusted, execute the
caster roller height adjustment in the folder section according to the
following procedures.

Open the front upper cover, pull out the folder section, remove
the screws, and remove the front cover of the folder section.

Return the folder section to the inside of the machine. Loosen
the screws, and turn the adjuster bolt to adjust the height so
that the clearance between the caster roller and the floor is
about 1mm. After completion of the adjustment, tighten the
screw to fix.

F. Cables attachment
1)
Connect the communication cables from the folding unit to the
finisher. Fix it with the screw (Packed items No.7).

Remove the inlet cover of the finisher, and connect the power
relay cable (Packed items No.3).

G. Earth connection when the MX-CF11 is
installed to the right side of the MX-FD10

Connect the paper folding unit and the connection unit with the
shunt cable (Packed items No.8). Use the screw (Packed
items No.4).

1. Unpacking
A. Removal of the finisher
1)
Remove the fixing material, and remove the top case.
2)
Remove the bundled items from the top.
3)
Remove the packing materials.
4)
One person holds the machine not to fall, and the other person
tilt the machine a little to remove the packing materials from
the lower section. Remove the vinyl cover.

Put the base of the machine on the floor. (Use enough care not
to slip.)

Tilt the machine slightly to the opposite side, and remove the

Put the opposite side base of the machine on the floor.
8)
Remove the slopes and the fixing pins from the pallet.

Fix the slopes to the pallet with the fixing pins.
