J. Paper Curl Correction Procedure for Stacker
Paper Feeding
In order to output large amount of papers on the cart inside the
Stacker neatly, curl amount adjustment according to the paper type
and installation environment is necessary by utilizing the curl cor-
rection function of the main unit and the delivery option of Decurler
(RB-18).
  * The standard settings with the Stacker installed:
Main unit Decurler Dial: 4,  Decurler Unit RB-18 Upper Dial:
      5,  Lower Dial : 4
*If the curl amount is too large and paper stacking is not so good
under the standard settings, correct the paper curl at each section
by the following procedures.
1)
Upward curl at 2-sided : adjust the upper dial of the decurler
unit.
Turn the dial to the right from the standard value "5" to correct
the curl. (Correction range: 5-10)
If it is not enough, adjust the dial of the decurler inside the
main unit.
Turn the dial to the right from the standard value "4" to correct
the curl. (Correction range: 4-9)
2)
Downward curl at 2-sided: Adjust the lower dial of the decurler
unit.
Turn the dial to the right from the standard value "4" to correct
the curl. (Correction range: 4-10)
3)
Upward curl at 1-sided: Adjust the upper dial of the decurler
unit.
Turn the dial to the right from the standard value "5" to correct
the curl. (Correction range: 5-10)
