COVER FEEDER INSTALLATION

13.  Set up the Booklet maker to A4/8.5 x 11” paper size.
14.  Send one A4/8.5 x 11” job to the Booklet maker system.
15.  Check that the covers are correctly fed into the Booklet maker.
16.  A. Set up the Cover Feeder to Cover OFF and remove all covers from the bin.  

  Use the Purge mode to completely empty the Cover Feeder from covers.

 

B. Prepare a 15mm high stack of A3/11 x 17” covers.

 

C. Repeat step 19.

17.  Set up the Booklet maker to A3/11 x 17” paper size.
18.  Send one A3/11 x 17” job to the Booklet maker system.
19.  Check that the covers are correctly fed into the Booklet maker.

NOTE: - The Installation Box is located in the trim bin on the Trimmer. 

- The trim bin is tie wrapped on the rear. 

- The Rail Extension is located in the packing material

TRIMMER INSTALLATION

1.  Remove all parts from the pallets.
2.  Ensure all of the packing material is removed from the outside of the Trimmer.
3.  Tilt the Trimmer to upright position.
