10.Assemble the part that has been disassembled in Step 1 above.  (Modification of Fuser unit
has now been achieved.)
Once again check D-curler Belts to make it certain that they are located properly.
Then insert Fuser Unit into machine.
[Machine Main Unit]
11.Attach Fuser Lower PG (No. 21) × 3 to the plate located under Fuser Unit.
12.Fit Reversal Protection Plate (No.25) to Front Frame with screw (No.26).
Attach Fuser Lower PG to Transport Plate
located right under the place where Fuser
Unit is to be inserted.

Reference Line
The amount of the section going off Reference Line must be within 1mm on the + side.
Any amount of the part must not go off Reference Line on the   side.

[Paper Delivery Reverse Unit]
 
The following steps have already been implemented to some of the production machines.
 
Please check first if Reverse PG is fitted to Delivery Turnover Unit.
 
If Reverse PG is already fitted, the following steps do not need to be followed.
If Reverse PG is not fitted, follow the steps below.
13.Remove Lock Pawl (P/G No.6-12) and Lock Spring (P/G No.6-13) from Delivery Turnover Unit that was
fitted to the machine (hereinafter referred to as “old unit”), and fit them to Paper Delivery Cabinet
(No.19).
14.Fit Reverse PG (No.20) to Paper Delivery Cabinet (No.19).
Use M3X6 Screw (SF-2040 P/G No.7-9)X2 that were used on the old unit.

15.Remove Delivery PG A/S from the old unit and fit it to Paper Delivery Cabinet (No.19).
16.Remove Delivery Guide Collar F/R (P/G No.6-2) from the old unit, fit them to Paper Delivery Cabinet
(No.19), and fit Fulcrum Plate F (No.23) and Fulcrum Plate R (No.22).
Use the screws from the old unit to fit Fulcrum Plate F (No.23) and Fulcrum Plate R (no.22).
17.Fit Fulcrum Plate Stay (No.24) using the screws from the old unit.
18.Fit Delivery Turnover Unit to the machine.

15.Remove Delivery PG A/S from the old unit and fit it to Paper Delivery Cabinet (No.19).
16.Remove Delivery Guide Collar F/R (P/G No.6-2) from the old unit, fit them to Paper Delivery Cabinet
(No.19), and fit Fulcrum Plate F (No.23) and Fulcrum Plate R (No.22).
Use the screws from the old unit to fit Fulcrum Plate F (No.23) and Fulcrum Plate R (no.22).
17.Fit Fulcrum Plate Stay (No.24) using the screws from the old unit.
18.Fit Delivery Turnover Unit to the machine.
