During duplex copying, when the tail edge curl of the second side is large, the copy
paper rubs against the separator pawl of the process unit, leaving black streaks on the
copy paper. As a measure to alleviate this problem, a separator pawl washer has been
added to each of the separator pawl F and R shaft sections on the outer sides.

3.Action:

From 1997 mid-March production.

the toner hopper. As a measure to alleviate this problem the length of the fixing screws has
been changed to a shorter length.
