1. Measure to prevent deforming of the fusing unit heat roller gear due to

heat.

There have been some reports of deforming of the 60T gear of the fusing unit heat roller,
caused by the paper flow direction and the fusing temperature.As a measure to alleviate
this problem, the thermal resistance has been increased by carrying out a change in the
material so that deforming doesn't occur.

2. Change in the pattern of the PCU PWB.

2.General:

A mistake was found in the circuit pattern of the PCU PWB of the model listed above
(only in the 200 V series). As a temporary measure a cut in the pattern and the addition of
a jumper has been carried out since the start of mass production, but now, as a
permanent measure, a change has been carried out in the pattern of the PCU PWB. In
accordance with this change, the PCU PWB of the 100 V series has been made the
same as the 200 V series. This has been carried out as a measure to improve
productivity.

As a measure to compensate for this, the ferrite core has been changed to a replacement
part.
