2-2. Writing Main Firmware
1)
Go to “COMMUNICATION SETTING” -> “RS-232C/LAN SELECT” in OSD menu and select “RS-232C”.

Click on “Main Firmware” key on Service Tool Launcher and activate the updater.

Select the COM port used for communication. (Do not change the communication speed from 9600bps.)

Select the batch file “.
\
isp_spi_ext.txt”. (This is selected as default, so do not change.)

Click on “BATCH” to start writing of the firmware.
The firmware update has been completed once the message “Firmware update completed” is displayed.
*LED is off while writing the farm.

The information display is powered off/on automatically after the firmware version update. Then the new version firmware starts
functioning.
Note:
If "BATCH" is clicked while being connecting to any other model, the warning message [ERROR !!! “Wrong Model Type”] appears as shown
below. In that case, check on the model being connected.

2-3. What to Do If a Firmware Update Fails

Power off/ on main power.

Firmware update starts by clicking on “BATCH2”.
Firmware is rewritten after about 3 minutes. The firmware update has been completed once the message "Firmware update
completed” is displayed.
The information display is powered off/on automatically after the update. Then the new version firmware starts functioning.

Confirmation on Firmware Updater
Click on “VERSION” on Firmware Updater while power LED on monitor is lit in green to confirm the firmware version being written.
Click on "CHECK SUM” key to confirm check sum in similar circumstances.
