Put the pen tip at the corner of the effective pixel on the right lower section to adjust the L side peakseg parameter and the R side first parameter.
When [Apply] button is pressed after changing the value, the red line on the waveform is shifted. Repeat the adjustment until the OK conditions are
satisfied.
When the pen tip is put on the right lower section, two valleys may be made in the waveform.
In such a case, use the left valley to adjust so that the OK conditions are satisfied.

21 - 5. SENSOR OPTICAL AXIS
INITIALIZATION
After completion of adjusting the parameters at 6 positions, press [Line
Detect] button to execute the sensor optical axis initialization.
CAUTION
n
During the sensor optical axis initialization, do not touch the
screen.
21 - 6. APPLY TEMPERATURE
COMPENSATION
1 ) Press [Wave sensor] button after the sensor optical axis initializa-
tion.
2 ) Press [therm] button in the L side.
3 ) Press [Apply] button in the L side.
4 ) Press [therm] button in the R side.
5 ) Press [Apply] button in the R side.
Execute procedures 1 - 4 to enable the temperature compensation
function for the sensors in the right and left sides, (Related parameters
are automatically set.)

CAUTION

During applying the temperature compensation, do not touch the
screen.
21 - 7. FLASH WRITING
1 ) After completion of procedures up to the Apply temperature com-
pensation, the result of the Scope adjustment is written into the
SIROKU PWB.

2 ) After pressing the [Flash write] button, the confirmation screen is
displayed and flash writing is completed.
3 ) In about 10 sec, the message below is displayed, indicating that
flash writing is completed.

After completion of the scope adjustment and the sensor optical
axis initialization, be sure to perform flash writing.

If the power is shut off before flash writing, the scope adjustment
and the sensor optical axis initialization must be executed again.
When the green bar advances to the right edge,
the window is automatically closed.
