Expansion of Address fields.
For the Customer as well as for the Name&Address function, the number and capacity of the
address fields has been expanded. In total 6 lines, each with a maximum of 40 characters is

In case of the Credit Customer list by Credit Customer Advance Order, the list displays the 13
digit Customer number together with content of “NAME”.

At the former version, the full customer address was printed only at a normal customer
registration. With this new version, the customer name, address and VAT ID are printed every
time at a Credit Customer Advance Order as well. This new specification is valid for receipt and

Finalize a Credit Customer Advance Order with Customer Charge.
In order to store the turnover of a Credit Customer Advanced Order to the related Customer
account, this new feature has been implemented.
New Advanced Orders must still be temporarily closed with the NBAL key. When the purchase
order date comes or before this date, it is possible to reopen the order and to finalize this Credit
Customer Advance Order with Customer Charge. Orders which are finalized with Customer
Charge will be stored into the Customer sales memory.

Guest name in Open –GLU –ROOM list.
In relation to the extension of the name and address fields at Name&Address function, the
display list for OPEN GLU and OPEN ROOM has been adjusted as well. Now, also in these lists
a maximum of 36 characters of the name field will be displayed in order to be able to identify the
customer easily. Please refer to the below mentioned picture for detailed layout information.

Mask colour setting.
Since this version, some individual colour setting for the Mask appearance is available. This
setting is located at “\PGM2 MODE\2 SETTING\18 ORDER MASK\3 MASK ATTRIBUTE”. By
pressing on the coloured bar, the colour selection window for setting fore- and background
colour will open. Changing the colour for f.e. “WINDOW 1”, the fore- and background will
change for every odd column of the Mask table, setting for “WINDOW 2” will change it for every
even column. Please see below chart for a detailed explanation of how the colour settings
influence the Mask.

Supervisor can work on his own account.
In hospitality environment it is required, that a Supervisor can make registrations on his own
account. For this feature a new service parameter, SRV #987C +2, has been introduced in
order to make the former Supervisor function still available.

If the new Supervisor function is enabled, he can work on his own account, simply by start a
registration or open a GLU. In combination with the new ‘CLIENT CLERK#’ function key, it is still
