Please note that all of the quantity fields are set to zero.
To change the quantity, select the product by clicking in the “Ord” column for the product
and typing the quantity required. Alternatively, the cursor keys can be used.

Stock and Minimum Stock levels can also be changed in the same way.
The following short cuts to common functions are available:

F2 – Price Box

F3 – Sales History
•
F4 – Product Group
•
F7 – Daily Sales
Once you have finished your order, click on the Confirm Order.

If you selected Template
This allows you to select a previously saved template on which to base your order.
This displays the select template screen:
From here, select a template by clicking on its left-hand column, and then click on the

If you selected LDT
This displays the download LDT order screen:
From here, simply follow the instructions listed on screen.

How to View / Change an Existing Order
To view or change an existing order, navigate to Orders
→
View Order. This displays the
select order screen:
From here you can select:
•
A confirmed/ dispatched order to view
•
A template to view/ change
•
An unconfirmed order to view/ change
Select one of the above by clicking on the order’s left-hand column (next to date), and click
on the Expand button.
