GENERAL
ERROR MESSAGE
:
"Printer error. Cancel print with ESC. Retry with any other key" 
REASON
:
The printer has returned an error code.  There may be a hardware fault on
the printer, or a problem with the way in which the TillFM application is
spooling reports. 
ACTION
:
Contact your Sharp dealer, so that your hardware and software can be
checked.
ERROR MESSAGE
:
"Printer offline. Cancel print with Esc. Retry with any other key" 
REASON
:
The application has tried to print a report to the printer, but the printer is ’off-
line’. 
ACTION
:
Place the printer ’on-line’.
ERROR MESSAGE
:
"Printer out of paper. Cancel with Esc. Retry with any other key" 
REASON
:
The application has tried to print a report to the printer, but the printer has
run out of paper. 
ACTION
:
Replace the paper in the printer.
ERROR MESSAGE
:
"TILLFM: Access denied" 
REASON
:
This message indicates that you have attempted to run the TillFM applica-
tion, and have either a) entered an unrecognised user name and/or password,
or b) got an insufficient authorisation level. 
ACTION
:
First of all check that you have entered your user name and/or password cor-
rectly.  If access to the TillFM application is still denied, then check with
your supervisor regarding your authorisation level.
