Note:
The penny/cent character is used for price query and price entry (display only, and main currency
only) and for the cash declaration report (printed and display). CCD is however de-activated for
dual currency (mode 2).  Hence this character is never required for the alternate currency.

Conversion to Euro
When changing to Mode 2 (Euro as main currency) it is necessary to convert all product prices to
Euros. Monetary values in payment methods, promotions, mix and match and exchange rates must
be adjusted manually.
To convert product prices to Euros, run the EuroCnv utility on the master till. This will convert prices
in the product file and clear down all totals held in the system. The updated files will be transferred to
the slave tills by the normal mechanism at open session.
EuroCnv may only be run after end of day.
To run EuroCnv enter:
EuroCnv Exec
A record of activity will be produced in the file EUROCNV.LOG
Product prices will be rounded to the nearest cent. If a rounding to e.g. 5 cents is required use the –
m option:
EuroCnv –m5 Exec
