* Before Disassembling, turn the display off and disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet.
* To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedures.
* When tore off sticky tapes, please use a new thing without reusing it on the occasion of assembling.

SECTION 2 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES

2.1. Preparations
•  When you exchange modules or board, in order to make it discharge from an electrolytic condenser, please wait for 1 minute 
after the power supply end.
•  To avoid damaging the LCD panel, lay out a soft cloth or towel, and turn the front of the unit down, and lay down so that the 
entire monitor rides on a table completely. 
    Note: When local pressure is surppressed, Mura of the picture image may be seen. In this case ,please carry out aging by 
    burn in mode. (Refer to INF.8 in the SECTION 1)
Precautions when replacing each component
• When you replace each component, please be sure to carry out following procedure as below.
• Be careful not to overtighten the screws when replacing each module.
• Please remove a clamper and a wire processing tape if needed in the repair.

7.2. Preparations

7.3. Replacement of WI-FI Module 
(Dongle)
1. Remove the screw and then remove the WI-FI Module
(Dongle).

2.2. Rear cover removal
[REAR COVER MID removal]
 1. Remove 18 screw S8 and remove the REAR_COVER_MID (Ref. No.9).
[REAR COVER removal]
 1. Remove 10 screw S8 and remove the REAR_COVER_R (Ref. No.13).

 2. Remove 2 screw S7 and the BKT_CABLE_COVER (Ref. No.26).
 3. Remove 13 screw S8 and a screw S6.
     And then remove the REAR COVER L (Ref. No.12).

2.3. A module and FE module removal
 1.  Disconnect 7 connectors on the A module (Ref.No.28).
     Note: Pay attention not to tear off the cable from the connector.
 2.  Disconnect 3 connectors on the FE module (Ref.No.32).
     Note: Pay attention not to tear off the cable from the connector.
 3. Remove 10 screw S9 and 5 screw S15.
     And then remove the A module (Ref.No.28) and the FE module (Ref.No.32) together with the two brackets.
 4. Remove 2 Hex screw S12 and 2 Hex screw S16.
     And then remove the BKT_IO_BTM (Ref.No.14) from the A module.

 5. Remove 2 Hex screw S16 and 4 screw S13.
     And then remove the BKT_IO_BTM (Ref.No.14) from the FE module.
 6. Remove 2 Hex screw S16 and 2 screw S13.
     And then remove the BKT_IO_SIDE (Ref.No.15) from the FE module.
