Selection of focus guide roller (2 group move frame block)
1.  Install the focus guide roller of which diameter is smaller than the dimension described on the outer tube by 2 size and confirm that 2 

group move frame block moves smoothly (operation feeling) without play.

In case of  OK :  The selection is finished.

 

In case of  NG :  Proceed to step 2.

2.  Insert the 2 group move frame block in the outer tube and align the focus guide pin installation part (flat part) of 2 group move frame 

block with the 2nd cam groove of outer tube.

3.  Install the focus guide pin to the focus guide roller.
4.  Hold the screw portion of focus guide pin with tweezers and push the screw head side to the focus guide pin installation part (flat part).
5.  When moving the 2 group move frame block from the infinite end to the near end, if the focus guide roller moves smoothly without 

play, it is defined as the  the same focus guide roller as the groove width .

6.  Select the focus guide roller of which diameter is smaller by 2-size than the focus guide roller with the same size as the groove width.

confirm the operation feeling.

3.  Select the focus guide roller of which diameter is smaller by 2-size than the described dimension.

Selection of 4th guide roller (4th lens barrel)
1.  Install the 4th guide roller of which diameter is smaller by 1-size than the dimension described on the outer tube and confirm that the 

4th lens barrel moves smoothly (operation feeling) without play.

3.  Select the 4th guide roller of which diameter is smaller than the described dimension by 2 size.

Adhesive bond (B-40): J-6082-614-A
Adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460)
Note:

    Use the adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) or the equivalent

 

Do not use the instant glue that becomes white when dried.

Grease (G-85): J-6082-626-A

1.  Install the rear light shield barrel to the mount and tighten it with three screws to which tips two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) are 

applied.

2.  Apply two drops of adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) to the tip of stopper screw and tighten the stopper screw.
3.  Apply the grease (G-85) to the indicated portion of mount.
4.  Install the lens mount block to the outside barrel, apply two drops of adhesive bond (LOCTITE 460) to the tips of four screws and 

tighten the screws.
Note:

  Fix the flexible BL PWB and lead wires to the grooves of outside barrel at two locations, threading through the outer diameter. And fix them 

with two polyester tapes (black) 10mm.

1.  Route the lead wires along the shape of Flexible BL PWB and fix it with the polyester tape (black) 4mm.
2.  Insulate the indicated portion of Flexible BL PWB.

  If the width of polyester tape is not enough, use two sheets of polyester tape.

Assemble the aperture connect lever in the preset ring, apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of screws, tighten it with the
screws.
Note:

  Install the aperture connect lever and the preset ring so that they cross each other perpendicularly.

 

If the aperture connect lever leans, the aperture trouble (The blade remains.) occurs.

1.  Install the SW1 shielding rubber and the SW2 shielding rubber, facing the adhesive side (ribbon-affixed side) to the SW1 and SW2.

1.  Affix the SW flexible setting tape to the indicated location of switch base plate.
2.  Install the SW box flexible block to the switch base plate as shown blow.
