1.  Install the pressure plate, facing the curved side to the sheet.
2.  Assemble the spring, facing the burr side down and the curved side up.

1.  Cut the aluminum tape in the specified size and affix it to the flexible PWB of stator.

  Do not touch the area indicated in the figure.

2.  In addition, cut the polyester tape in the specified size and affix it to the flexible card of stator.
3.  Solder the harness as shown in the figure.
4.  Moreover, cut the polyester tape in the specified size and affix it.

  If the width of polyester tape is not enough, use two sheets of polyester tape.

5.  Install the stator in the procedure below.

1)  Adjust the red index of mirror tube and the flexible PWB of stator to the locations respectively shown in the figure.
2)  Install the stator, aligning the rotation stopper pin with the stator groove.

When assembling rotor, never touch the resin coated surface (black coated side).
Note 1:

  If touched, wipe the resin coated surface of rotor with paper waste soaked with ethanol.

  The ultrasonic motor malfunctions due to finger grease, resulting in trouble.

 

When assembling, wear a finger tip.

Apply the grease (G-115) and the following grease (G-A) to the indicated portion of rotor hold ring.
Grease (G-A) - (G-115: G117 = 1 : 2) (Before use, blend and mix well the greases in the ratio mentioned.)

1.  Apply the anti-diffusion agent (A-20) to the indicated portion of focus connect lever.
2.  Apply the grease (G-85) to the indicated portion of focus connect lever.

3.  Thread the focus connect lever in the long groove of outer tube and insert in the cut portion of 2 group move frame tube.

Apply the grease (G-115) to the indicated area of bearing holding ring.

1.  Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to the tips of screw of MF linkage pin.
2.  Apply the anti-diffusion agent (A-20) to the indicated area of MF connection ring.
3.  Apply the grease (G-85) to the indicated area of MF connection ring.
4.  Aligning the MF linkage pin with the concave of MF operation ring.

1.  Cut three polyester tapes (black) 10mm in the specified size and affix them to the locations indicated in the figure.
2.  Install the focus rubber ring to the MF operation ring.
3.  Fold up the 1st lens side of focus rubber ring.
4.  Affix three SW flexible setting tapes as shown in the figure. (3 tapes on the circumference at the equal interval)
5.  Peel the protection sheet off the contact side of SW flexible setting tape and fold the focus rubber ring back to the original position.

1.  Install the mirror tube block, aligning the index of mirror tube block with the focus stopper pin of outer tube as shown in the figure 

below.

2.  Apply two drops of adhesive bond (B-40) to six screws and tighten six screws to fix the mirror tube block.
