1.  Make a fold for each flexible.

Adhesive Bond (B-10): J-6082-612-A

1.  While pushing the MR Block ASSY in the arrow direction (toward the wall), fix the MR Block ASSY with two screws.
2.  Apply adhesive bond (B-10) the screw heads (two locations) after adjusting the MR waves.

bond (B-10).

Grease (G-62): 

J-6082-670-A

Adhesive Bond (B-10):  J-6082-612-A

1.  Apply grease (G-62) to the indicated portions of Encoder Printed Wiring Board.

  After three dropping greases each encoder portion, spread it entirely and wipe it slightly.

Drop grease (G-62), spread it entirely 
the flexible board and wipe it slightly.

2.  Cut the tips of brush.

3. Perform 4-8-4. Focus Brush Position Check/Adjustment .
4.  After confirmation/adjustment, fix the focus brush with one screw and apply adhesive bond (B-10) to the head of one screw.

1.  Apply grease (G-116) to the indicated portion of Outer Barrel Block ASSY.
2.  Set the Optics Block ASSY to the WIDE end.
3.  Install the SSM Flexible Board to the hole A of the Outer Barrel Block ASSY, threading the Focus Brush Base through the oblong hole

4.  Apply adhesive bond (B-40) to about two threads from the tips of screws and tighten them (at three locations).

bond (B-40).

1.  Clean the sticking position of encoder printed wiring board of outer barrel with ethanol.

 

2.  Peel off the released paper of encoder printed wiring board focus side, affix the encoder printed wiring board aligning at the standard 

positon.
Note:

  Do not run onto a step.

3.  Peel off the released paper of the remainder, affix the encoder printed wiring board aligning at the standard position.

4.  Affix the center portion of encoder printed wiring board.

  If the portion B rises, do not match it with a standard forcibly, affix the encoder printed wiring board without rising.

1.  Fold upward the flexible board of Switch ASSY at the locations shown in the figure.

2.  Inserting the flexible board of Switch ASSY in the hole of Outer Barrel, affix the Switch ASSY to the Outer Barrel by the SW Adhe-

sive Sheet.

3.  Affix the flexible board (Switch ASSY) to the step of inside of the Outer Barrel.

  Affix it with no place under the flexible board.

1.  Turn the Focus Connect Plate of the SSM Block ASSY to near end in the arrow direction.
2.  Turn the U groove of the Optics Block ASSY to near end in the arrow direction.

Turn to near end.

3.  Install the SSM Block ASSY to the Optics Block ASSY.

  Align the focus connect plate of the SSM Block ASSY with the U groove of Optics Block ASSY.

4.  Align the convex portion of Distance Block ASSY with the concave portion of Focus Connect Ring by rotating the Distance Block 

ASSY and drop completely the SSM Block ASSY in the Optics Block ASSY.

5.  Tighten one screw. (one location)
6.  Apply adhesive bond (B-40) to about two threads from the tips of screws and tighten the SSM Block ASSY with the screws. (three lo-

cations)

 

Apply adhesive

1.  Apply grease (G-119) to the indicated portion of Distance Block ASSY.

2.  Install the Distance Block ASSY, aligning the hole at the upper side of the Distance Block ASSY with the round concave portion of the 

Optics Block ASSY.

3.  Install the Focus Operation Ring Hold Roll in the holes (three locations) at the upper side of the Distance Block ASSY.
 

Apply the adhesive bond (B-40) to about two threads from the tips of screws and tighten the Focus Operation Ring Hold Rolls with 
screws.
