4-3-4. Dark DP Adjustment
The Dark DP (Dead Pixel) Adjustment order is as follows.
Note:
Perform the Dark DP Adjustment after those performed in 4-3-2 to 4-3-3.
Small pattern box (PTB-1450) setting: 
Color temperature = 3100 ± 200K
Luminance: LV12.2 ± 0.5
OK: The adjustment is finished normally.

In case of the adjustment is finished abnormally, 
the following indication appears on the screen.

In this case, confirm the adjusting environment
and readjust.
Touch the Up, Down, Right or Left key to change selected item. Choose “Dark DPC (LV10)”, 
touch the Set key, select “OK”, and touch the Set key to start.
* If the adjustment is disabled, refer to “4-1-6. Enabling the Adjustment” to enable the adjustment. (Page 4-3)
In case of the adjustment is finished normally,
the adjustment completion indication appears 
on the screen. (Fig. 4-3-11)
Press the “Shutter” button to return to 
adjustment menu.
Check that the camera is on the adjustment mode.
* For the setting procedure of the adjustment mode, refer to “4-1-5. Setting the Adjustment Mode” (Page 4-3).
Place the camera in front of the Small pattern box (PTB-1450). (Fig. 4-3-10)

4-3-5. Light/S.S Adjustment
The Light/S.S (Light Dead Pixel/Slow Shutter Dead Pixel)
Adjustment order is as follows.
Note:
Perform the Light/S.S Adjustment after those performed in 4-3-2 to 4-3-4.
OK: The adjustment is finished normally.

*2  Waiting time from start is approximately 15 minutes or more on this adjustment.
In case of the adjustment is finished normally,

Press the "Shutter" button to return to Adjustment 
menu, and press the "ON/OFF (Power)" button to 
restart camera.
In case of the adjustment is finished abnormally, 
the following indication appears on the screen.

4-3-6. Flash WB Adjustment
Preparing the Flash Adjustment Box
A dark room is required to provide an accurate flash adjustment. If it is not available, prepare the flash adjustment box as shown below.
1)  Provide woody board A, B, C and D of 15 mm thickness. (Fig. 4-3-16)
2)  Apply black mat paint to one side of woody board A, B and D.
3)  Attach background paper (J-2501-130-A) to woody board C.
4)  Assemble so that the black sides and the background paper side of woody board A, B, C and D are internal. (Fig. 4-3-17)

The Flash WB (White Balance with AF assist light) Adjustment order is as follows.
Note:
Perform the Flash WB Adjustment after those performed in 4-3-2 to 4-3-5.
Confirm the indication
on the screen.
In case of the adjustment is finished abnormally,
the following indication appears on the screen.

In this case, confirm the adjusting environment 
and readjust.

touch the Set key, select “OK”, and touch the Set key to start.

on the screen. (Fig. 4-3-18)
