1) Fix  the  right  paper  exit  unit  with  the  screws  (3  pcs.),  and

arrange the wires.

2) Fix the ADU right upper cabinets F/R with the screws (each 2

pcs.).

1) Attach the right paper exit PG upper to the original positions.
2) Attach  the  right  paper  exit  section  to  the  original  positions.

Connect the harness.

3) Attach the inner cover of the right door, the cabinet upper of

the right door and the front cabinet upper of the right door to

the original positions.

NOTE: Before installation, be sure to turn both the  operation and

main  power  switches  off  and disconnect the  power  plug

from the power outlet. Make double sure that the data lamp

on the operation panel does not light up or blink when per-

forming installation.

For  MX-7500N/6500N,  the followin g  service  parts  needs  to  pre-

pare.

1) Fix the rear cover with the screws.

2) Fix the front right cover with the screws.

Hook the front right cover.  

3) Fix the exit tray cabinet to the machine with the screw (Packed

items).

Fit the rib part to the hole of the rear cover.  .  

1) Attach the front cover, and fix it with the E-ring.

1) Attach the paper holding arm and the full detection actuator.

NOTE: Before installation, be sure to turn both the operation and

main power switches off and disconnect the power plug
from the power outlet. Make double sure that the data lamp
on the operation panel does not light up or blink when per-
forming installation.

1) Remove the screw from the front cover right (Packed items

No.8) and remove the top cover.

2)

Install the front cover right top cover (Packed items of Main
machine), and fix the screw.

Remove the deliverly sponge from the paper exit section as
the figure below.

NOTE: When removing the delivery sponge roller, take care not to

fall the fragment of it.

NOTE: If the fragment was fallen, never fail to remove it.

1)

Fix the L plate (Packed items No.5) to the main unit with the
screw (Packed items No.1).

2)

Install the front cover right (Packed items No.8), and fix the
screw (Packed items No.1).
