4-13-4. Test contents
(1) MCR read test (2 tracks)
*
Since this test is an object for debugging, it is not used by the service manual.
Use the MCR test card (R/O) to execute the test.
The MCR test card is read and verified to check.
There are two patterns of read data:
In data read, the parity bit of each character is checked. The LRC code
is also checked.
Test operations (One cycle of test)
(2)  MCR Read Test (3 tracks)
The test is performed using the MCR test card (R/O)
Verify checks are performed by reading the MCR test card.
There are three types of data patterns that can be read.
When data is read, the parity bit of each character is checked. In
addition, the LRC code is also checked.
Test action (1 test)
(3) MCR write/read-verify test
*
Since this test is an object for debugging, it is not used by the service

The MCR test card (W/R) is used to execute the test.
The JBA data are written into the MCR card, and then the verify check
is executed.
There are following two write patterns:
When writing data, a parity bit is added to each character. The LRC
code is also calculated and added.
When reading data, the parity bit of each character is checked. The
LRC code is also checked.
Test operations (One cycle of test)
