The Sharp POS software provides you with access to fully detailed reports which helps you keep better management 
control on product and department sales. A reports analysis helps you to make better informed decisions on staffing 
and your overall business efficiency.
Transaction history
With visual, simple to use Sharp POS software, previous transactions can be recalled 
easily  for  viewing  on  screen.  This  feature  is  particularly  useful  in  a  busy  hospitality 
environment as it means customer queries can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Deposit functions
Don’t  miss  any  sales  opportunity  with  the  deposit  feature  on  Sharp  POS  software. 
For ease of redemption of a paid deposit, a barcode can be printed which can simply 
be scanned when the customer returns to complete the transaction. To help with 
management control a list of deposits taken can be displayed by name, date/time and 
amount and a report can be printed for the full details of an individual deposit taken.
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION DIAGRAM
The UP-V5500 can operate as a standalone machine or it can be configured as part of a chain of machines. This is due to 
its extensive number of interface ports. The system configuration is scalable and flexible to suit a wide variety of hospitality 
and retail environments.

interface  is  available  which  means  that 
mistakes  can  be  minimised  as  it  is  not 
necessary  to  key  in  the  sales  amount  into 
a Chip & PIN terminal. For improving speed 
of  service  in  restaurant  environments,  a  bill 
lodging  solution  is  also  available  which 
enables  servers  to  finalise  credit  card 
transactions directly in front of the customer.
