2.  Assign the product to every Server to sell an enabled item within a 

transaction. 

3.  Assign the product to the Server that finalises the transaction that 

contains an enabled item within a transaction.

It is now possible to change certain texts (on screen, in messages, or printed) to 
be capable of modification through configuration (‘flexible texts’). The following

GUESTLINE RESLYNX PROMOTION SUPPORT 
In order to utilise the discounts within with the Guestline Reslynx software the 
following changes have been made to the way that Sharp POS calculates the 
Subtotal Discounts. 
The Subtotal discounts are now calculated by item allowing the .POS and 
Cashrsp files to show the discount that has been applied to each item. 
 

 

 

When closing Sharp POS Software using ALT F10 occasionally the application 
locked with the ‘closing down’ on the screen. Now fixed 

 

 

If Beep is disabled in VPM – Configure Till Configuration – Physical the beep 
tone is removed, if a server signs on and selects a macro then the beep is 
switched back on until sign off, now fixed.

When cancelling a credit card payment an authority prompt is displayed, if a 
swipe card containing details of a server with the correct authority is swiped, it 
does not do anything. If the server and password are entered manually it works 
fine. Now fixed 

 

With 3 offer groups and 2 mix and match promotions.  Both the mix and match 
promotions are set to selling price by plu. 
The promotions will work fine, the problem is that in VPM they both show the 
same PLU within the Mix and Match Action, now fixed

A transaction in Pay State on till could be opened from another till. Now fixed

This version will now allow a server timeout in the payment screen - provided no 
part payments have been entered.

When pressing Exit in the payment screen, after a part payment used to just 
reverse the payment and exit. You now have to confirm this is what you want to

Reworking of the way that the Sharp POS software communicates to the MSR 
reader. 

 

 

When using a large list with bottom function bar and messaging, the message is 
sent and it can be seen flashing orange on the logged off screen on the bottom 
bar but it can't be opened. It can also be seen flashing orange on the second 
page of the bottom function bar within trading. If you use the View messages 
button (function93) on the 1st page of the bottom bar within trading the message 
can be read, but the orange button still shows even after 10 minutes. Now fixed

When using Priority kitchen printing the follow-on items were not being shown as 
priority items on the KP. Fixed 

 

 

When performing a mix and match promotion ‘cheapest item free’ an extra free 
item is shown on the screen to denote that an item has been deducted, but this 
item was also being sent through to the cashrsp file and affecting the stock. 
Fixed 

 

 

If you Open table 1 from the active tables list on the handheld and then select the 
manual status change 'Main Course' then send the order it changes the table 
status to main course on both the till and the handheld. If you log off the hand 
held and back on the table status on both HHT and Till changes back to unused. 
Now fixed 

 

 

When manually changing the status of a table on the handheld it says no product 
is associated with PLU 100000003. Now fixed 

 

 

When using Reason codes for Voids under the following operation

When reason codes are displayed, press the cross in the top right corner you get

If you sell a Condiment that also contains a promotion then void something from 
the promo you get the 'application error' send don't send. Fixed 

 

 

Only plus between the range 10 to 99999000 (i.e. V3 limit) will be updated into

If a sale of a single item was split by 3, and it's the only item in a dept, 
when totalled the quantity becomes incorrect on the Dept report. Fixed 

 

When converting an old S98 program the Preset PLUs in S98 were not being 
converted to PLU nos. in Data Transfer Wizard. fixed 

 

Micros - part payments with non-hotel payments were always sending the full 
sales total as amount. Now fixed

With the new 'One Bucket Free' action, you choose the bucket that's to be sold 
for free.  
When you define the contents of this bucket the Count has a changed meaning.
