How do I get a copy of Prod.csv from
my UP5700 / UP5300. To my pc or
other folder.

S98expo latest is V44. In the c:\usr\ex directory

Remember to delete the s98expo file when you have
finished with it (as it takes up unnecessary space)

The analysis fields for the products are printing
out in a wrong order. Ie mains as starters etc.

This problem was reported on a system connected to IBS
software there is a procedure to overcome this normally
(see doupdate .bat) however in this particular instance
the problem was caused by corruption in the PLU
because incorrect characters were used such as “ “.

You have been into Daily Reports and
requested that the PLU report be set to a
range 20000000 to 99999999 and asked it
to be saved to for the next End of Day.

I have report flag 2 switched on so my
PLU report should print but I only get a
certain range 20000000 to 99999999
out at the End of Day report why?

A product in the product file is
assigned to Dept 0 which is assigned
to Group 0 therefore the product will
report correctly as being sold but the
Dept and Group will not report.

Why is the total figure on my House Cash
Report different to my Group and
Department report at the End of Day?

Go through all products on   file and
check to see if they are assigned to
Department 00
