I am using backoffice software and when
I sell a Zero priced item the product is
not registered at the backoffice.For stock
control purposes.

To solve this problem you need to enter a
valve ie 0.01 in any of the other Price
levels.

I sent changes from fidelity to my Venta or Dos
hospitality system , the changes went down correctly
then a couple of days later the changes had reverted
back.

This could be due to a dated directory
already existing on the till in the
c:\usr\commsin folder  which contains
old data.

I am using Hard Disk Drives and the Start
of Day and Open session runs slowly
when counting the products.

There is a setting in c:\Rincs.cfg called

# BASEFAST=E:

Remove the # infront of the line and if you
have dipswitches 3,4,5 on then set the line
as follows.

BASEFAST=D:

The message Prod.dt failed -37 has
appeared, on the screen is there any way
I can retrieve the product file Prod.dt on
this machine.

On Version 4.7.039 and above, there is a
procedure to run the BTFIX file.

BTFIX -r c:\usr\data\prod
