Set is dead.
CAUSE
D766 goes short circuit due to excessive HT line variations.
ACTION
Replace D766 and ensure that the print between its anode and ground is
connected.
Note that the print can go open circuit when this fault occurs, normally under
link J345.  It is important that continuity is checked as D766 prevents failure of
other components connected to the HT supply in an overvoltage condition.
