2.8. Power box assy removal
1. Remove 12 screws-A and 1 screw-B and remove the power_ballast_holder assy.
2. Remove 1 screw-C and remove the [P]-P.C.Board.
3. Remove 1 screw-D and remove the Lead_treatment_sheet_3.
4. Remove 2 screws-E and remove the [B]-P.C.Board.
5. Remove 3 screws-F and remove the [K]-P.C.Board_holder and [K]-P.C.Board.
6. Remove 1 screw-G and 2 screws-H and remove the AC Inlet.
7. Remove 1 screw-K and remove the thermal fuse.

1. Remove 2 screws-A and remove the earth_metal2,earth_metal3 
  and lens shift_earth_metal.
2. Remove 1 screw-B and remove the [M2]-P.C.Board.
3. Remove 2 screws-C and 2 screws-D and remove the top panel duct assy.

  <note> Before removing the projection lens and optical block assy, take out the lighting case from the bottom case.
1. Remove 4 screws-A and remove the projection lens and optical block assy from the lighting case.

Important notice on optical block replacement
 LCD panels used for this model cannot be replaced separately. Do not disassemble the optical block. These LCD panels 
are installed with precision at the factory. When replacing the LCD panel, should be replaced whole of the LCD panels and 
prism assy at once. 
When replacing optical block, take the optical and electrical adjustments following to the chapter "Adjustment".
3.2.1 Projection lens removal
1. Remove 4 screws-A and remove the projection lens from the optical block/lens mounter unit.
  <note>  When taking the cleaning or replacing the polarizers, we recommend not to remove the 
 projection lens from the optical block/lens mounter.
