 6. 3. Troubleshooting
[Note]
The letters in the left of inspection items indicate the P.C. Boards or Modules related to their respective descriptions.
Interlock will be detected if the rear cover is removed.

 Check the voltage of Q1019 (4) pin.
    DC 3.3V

 Connecting A-PCB to NT-PCB and disconnect the
 connectors A28.
 Check the short circuit between pins on connector
 A28.      (1)-(2)

 Check the NT-P.C.Board.
 Replace the NT-P.C.Board.

 Check the A-P.C.Board.
 Replace the A-P.C.Board.
 ■ Power does not turn ON (Power indicator does not light in red)
 Check the connection of each connector.
     A28-P2, A22-V1, A27-A7(BtoB), P1-AC inlet
 Connect the cables properly.
 If the cable is disconnecting, it replace.

 Disconnect the connectors A28.
 Check the short circuit between pins of connector A28.
    (1)-(2), (3)-(4)

 Check the A-P.C.Board.
 Replace the A-P.C.Board.

Check the short circuit of ZNR (D9115)
Check the short circuit of each parts.
    D9104, D9106, Q9104(D-S), Q9201(D-S),

     (Normal : Several hundred Ω - several MΩ)
Check the short circuit between pins on connector P2.

     (Normal : (7) DC6-12V, (5) 0V or DC12V)

 When remote control is operated, the signal can be
 detected at V1 connector (9) pin.

 Check the V-P.C.Board.
 Replace the V-P.C.Board.

 Check the connection of each connector.

 Connect the cables properly.
 If the cable is disconnecting, it replace.
(Power indicator does not change from red to green)
 Check the connection of each connector.

 Connect the cables properly.
 If the cable is disconnecting, it replace.

 When power button is operated, the voltage changed
 from "High" to "Low", at V1 connector (1) pin.

    (1)-(3) ,  (Normal : DC20V±2V)

 ■ Light source does not turns ON
 Check the connection of each connector.
    A13, A14, A20-CW*, A29- P4, A18-M1, A22-V1
 Connect the cables properly.
 If the cable is disconnecting, it replace.
 Is each fan rotating when the projector turns on ?
 Check each fan, and connection.
 Check each temperature sensor, and connection.
 Connect the cables properly.
 Is mechanical noise of phosphor wheel and color wheel
 heard when the projector turns on.
    (If repeated of mechanical noise is NG)
 Check each index sensor, and connection.

 After starting the color wheel and phosphor wheel,
 voltage of (6) pin of connector A26 changed from
 "high" to "low".

 ■ No sound
 Check the connection of each connector.
    A8-P7
 Connect the cables properly.
 If the cable is disconnecting, it replace.

 Check the waveform at (1) / (3) pin of connector A8.
    (1)  L ch / (3) R ch
