2. Adjust oblique rotation stage so that the reflected laser light hits the center of screen.

3. Put TIR prism. Let reference pin of base plate go through the reference hole of TIR prism base. Softly screw (2 x XVE3A10FT).
2-3 rotation would be enough.

4. Hold TIR prism and properly rotate (holizontally) so that reflected light from TIR prism hits the center of screen, then tight the 2
x hex screws (XVE3A10FT).
In case reflected light from TIR prism would not hit the center, add SIM spacer until reflected light from TIR specified zone,
adjust SIM position and fix screws.
