  • TIR alignment tool
 
• Phillips screw driver
 
• Long shaft (>120mm) hex driver [M2.5] 
4. 1. TIR prism removal
1. Remove 2 screws-A to take off the TIR shield plate.
2. Remove 2 screws-B to take out the TIR prism unit from the DMD block.

1. Remove 1 screw-A to take off the TIR dust proof sponge and plate.
1. Remove 2 screws-B to take off the TIR shield plate.
2. Remove 2 screws-C to take out the TIR prism unit from the DMD block.

4. 2. TIR prism alignment
Low power laser light (pointer) to be perpendicularly hit to the color prism. Reflected light to be centered on the screen by oblique 
rotation mechanism.
Then TIR is attached and reflected light from TIR to be centered by TIR mounts.

1. Alignment procedure
1. DMD block without TIR to be fixed on the tool by 4 x screws (XYN3+F12FJK).
