3. 3. Convergence adjustment for D7700/D10000/DZ12000 series
Convergence adjustment mechanism for D7700/D10000/DZ12000 series differs from other models. We here describe just simple
procedure of convergence adjustment of those models. For further instructions, please refer to the separate procedure guidance
(ORDER NO. TSD1706E004).
Adjustment procedure
1. Loosen 2 hex screws to the level
which some friction remains.
2. Looking cross hatch test pattern on
screen, move the plate-top
left and right by hand.
Red FM-PCB
3. Image moves diagonally and may slides
slightly. Carefully adjust position &
angle so that convergence fits.
4. Tighten the hex screws.
5. Take out DMD block again then Put

Epoxy Glue (3M:DP-420) to the
bottom part as originally was.
