Remove the 2 screws (E) and 4 screws (F).

10.

Remove the control PCB cover plate.

11.

Remove the 5 screws (G) and 2 earth plates.

12.

Disconnect the 2 harnesses from the control board. If necessary, remove the optional memory.

13.

Move the control board in the direction of the arrow, then disconnect the sensor harness from the control board.

14.

Remove the control board.

Before performing the following steps, remove the lower front cover, control - power cover front, LED board and control PCB cover
Plate (refer to section 6.1 “LED Board and Control Board”.)

1.

Remove the 2 screws (H) and 4 screws (I).

2.

Remove the power box cover plate. 

3.

Disconnect the power harness and inlet harness from the power board.

4.

Remove the 4 screws (J).

5.

Remove the power board.

Remove the 2 screws (A) and sensor cover front.

Remove the 3 screws (B).

3.

Remove the screw (C) and 2 ground harnesses.

4.

Remove the 2 screws (D) and sensor shield plate from the sensor unit.

5.

Disconnect the sensor harness.

Disconnect the thermistor harness from the sensor board.

7.

If necessary, remove the 2 screws (D) and peel off the tape, then remove the thermistor harness from the visible ray filter.

8.

If necessary, remove the screw(s) (E) and 2 parabola covers.

9.

Remove the 2 screws (F). Separate the sensor board from the sensor pcb cover. 

10.

Remove the 4 screws (G). 

11.

Separate the sensor board from the sensor PCB base while taking care not to drop the lens.
